We aim to collect the waste within a few hours. In the Randstad area, we succeed in 80% of cases if you make an appointment before 12:00 PM for same-day collection. Unusable goods: Items that are broken, dirty, or no longer usable are disposed of at an accredited waste processor.That is not mandatory, but you may do so. This usually concerns smaller goods that fit in a box or bag. If you wish to deliver them separately, ensure that all usable items (clean) are kept separate. You usually do not need to / cannot separate larger items. We will, of course, ensure that the items end up in the right place. Anything that is dirty, wet, damaged, incomplete, etc., will be disposed of as waste regardless.Unfortunately, we do not accept chemical waste. Separate permits are required for this.
