We do not require any upfront payments. You pay us only upon our arrival at your location. You will show us the items and we will discuss the price with you. In some cases, it is not possible to provide an exact price beforehand. For example, additional work such as dismantling, assembly, or other tasks may incur extra costs. We will discuss this with you beforehand.
If you are not present at the appointment, we may send you a payment request in advance. In this case, payment must be made beforehand. We will only take the specified items! If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you to find a solution.
