Our working method
- Step 1: Easily schedule a pickup appointment online at a desired day and time. This can usually be arranged at short notice. Clearly state that you are a trustee. If a situation needs more explanation, leave us a message with your phone number and we will contact you.
- Step 2: You will receive a confirmation of the pickup appointment by email.
- Step 3: On the day, you will receive a call approximately 30 minutes before the appointment with the exact arrival time, unless otherwise arranged.
- Step 4: We determine the final price on site and submit it for approval.
- Step 5: Agree? Then we get to work and the waste is gone in no time.
- Step 6: We neatly sweep the place where the trash was and are gone again.
- Step 7: You pay on the spot by debit or credit card or receive the invoice by e-mail.
